Feeling Bougie? This N.Y.C. Restaurant Now Has Caviar Service

Caviar is an acquired taste, and it's definitely not for everyone. You either love it or you hate it, right? That being said, if you consider yourself a connoisseur of this high end accoutrement and are local to New York City, we have great news for you. Le District's luxe eatery, L'Appart (which has a Michelin star, BTW), is now offering caviar service. This is basically what fine dining dreams are made of.

L'Appart

Literally translating to "the apartment," L'Appart takes on the atmosphere of a chef's pied à terre for an intimate yet comfortable setting. Think: the classiest dinner party you'll ever go to. The restaurant is known for its rotating seasonal menu which operates off market availability, and the dishes are as stunning as they are delicious. They didn't get a Michelin star for nothing.

Guests can now request a caviar and wine flight while overlooking the Hudson River on L'Appart's stunning terrace. Hand-selected by Executive Chef Nico Abello, the restaurant will serve Sturia Caviar, which is the flagship brand of top French caviar producer, Sturgeon. There are three vintages available, Primeur, Prestige, and Oscietra, which can be enjoyed as a pre-dinner snack or paired with other dishes. 

L'Appart is located at 225 Liberty Street, N.Y.C. and is open Tuesday through Saturday from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m.
